A wormhole is a cosmic anomaly, a singularity probably located around a black hole – and thus caused by an exceptional curvature of space-time – which would allow to travel almost instantly from point A of the universe to a Point B, regardless of the distance between them. To better understand, it is enough to draw these two points schematically on a simple sheet of paper, to connect them by a straight symbolizing the normal path to go from one to the other in a two-dimensional space and then to create a third fold the sheet over itself until the two dots merge by transparency by exposing the sheet thus bent to the light. The wormhole and the instantaneous journey he suggests would then be symbolized by a pencil tip that would pierce the folded sheet at the point of connection between A and B.
